Beautiful site, excellent tutorials, amazing top bar :) Greetings from Slovakia!
Hi David, Love your site, reference it often. I am only posting this b/c I cannot find any other resolve (aside from the lame for loop)
I ran into an issue that DROVE ME NUTS of course, with IE. Apparently IE does not support the pseudo selectors…? E:checked?
Do you know of a fix for this? I am pulling my hair out!! I am simply trying to get the values of dynamically generated checkboxes.
I currently have:
selected = $(‘photo_listing_form’).getElements(‘input:checked’).get(‘value’);
This does not work in IE.
special thaks for you David.
David,
Thank you for the contributions to the internet knowledge base. You documentation about javaScript is much needed.
I started writing markup about 6 months ago and I’m just now getting the hang of it. I received my MBA in June of 08, just about the time our economy went south. I have lived and worked on the road for many years (since 1988) and when I finished the MBA, and not wanting to go back to living out of a suite case, I decided to get myself up to speed on web design/development. Thanks for you insight in javaScript (I still don’t understand it well, but with more content like yours I will be JS fluent in short order. Thanks again SD3rd
nice website, like the facebook theme and excellent top bar.
